For me, empathy and communication skills are fundamental qualities in order to build a good network that also creates entrepreneurial added value. For me, building a real network doesn't just mean having a large number of LinkedIn contacts or a closet full of business cards.

For me, a strong network means having a direct and ideally friendly contact for every situation that arises, who is happy to help on their own initiative. It also means that the coming together of people with a wide range of skills and abilities creates a creative output that forms the basis for new projects and business models. For me, a valuable network consists of a broader or extended network and a very narrow network. Both have important functions, but in very important situations, cohesion within a close and friendly network is particularly important.
