The pandemic has suddenly thrown everything into turmoil in companies. Whether startup, medium-sized company or corporation, completely new challenges and tasks have suddenly arisen overnight!

It quickly became apparent who had already established functioning digital organizational and communication structures and who still had some catching up to do.

Even though we certainly haven't closed the last gap in our structures, the switchover went pretty smoothly thanks to our long-established digital processes.< /span>

While all companies were now in the home office, it suddenly became very clear how important a close bond between colleagues and managers is.
