South Africa not only impresses with an incredible flora and fauna, the wide surfing beaches and the wine regions that leave a little tipsiness. An elementary part of my travels is always a look at the kitchens of the countries in order to make culinary discoveries and incorporate them into the local cuisine. The plan to work remotely from anywhere for a while also always resonates. The juice and milk bar "The Electric" in Cape Town, set up in an old car repair shop, is such a magical place where the work is done by itself. :)
