Declaration of consent for actors/participants in the context of photo/video recordings at the event on September 5th, 2023 in the Stilwerk

Production & Use: Photo/video recordings for use of the photo/video recordings across all channels of the organizers and event partners.

I hereby declare my express consent to participate as an actor/participator in the above-mentioned production (hereinafter referred to as “production”).

I grant the event organizers the right to make sound, film and photo recordings (hereinafter referred to as “recordings”) of me as part of the entire production. I transfer to the organizers of these recordings exclusively, without limitation in terms of time, space and content, all copyright usage, ancillary copyrights and other intellectual property rights that arise in connection with my participation or that I acquired for this purpose. I allow the organizers to edit, redesign, shorten, synchronize or transfer the recorded material in whole or in part, while respecting (copyright) personal rights.
