At the same time, these individuals must be aligned in their values and function cohesively as a team. But what combination of traits and personalities works best to build strong structures, drive momentum, and cultivate a bold, experimental entrepreneurial spirit?

Sometimes, you search for a long time to find that one missing puzzle piece—the element that completes the mix and holds everything together.
