In my view, this is the most crucial component in determining long-term success as an entrepreneur. And success, to me, is not just about economic performance—it’s about building a company with strong values, creating a workplace where people enjoy being, and fostering an environment where friendships can grow.

When people genuinely connect, they work seamlessly together, building efficient processes that stand the test of time. A diverse, well-balanced team that stays together over the years can develop an "Inner Circle", forming the foundation for a solid and sustainable structure.

Ultimately, success is defined by the strength of the team, combined with a functional product and a market full of potential. But in the end, I believe that even the product and the market can be adapted or reinvented, as long as the team has the right mix of skills and energy to make it happen.
