From the series: Entrepreneurial Spirit.

In my artwork "Silomentality," I explore not only the phenomenon of silo formation in large corporations but also the challenges that arise in growing startups as specialized departments emerge.

The structured division of tasks and responsibilities can contribute to an efficient workflow; however, it also carries the risk of creating information gaps, limited exchange, and restricted knowledge transfer between departments.

The silos depicted in my artwork symbolize the separation and isolation of individual divisions. Each silo is self-contained, focused solely on its specific tasks and objectives. As a result, barriers emerge, obstructing the free flow of information, ideas, and synergies between departments.

With "Silomentality," I aim to raise awareness and encourage viewers to recognize the importance of open communication and seamless information exchange within an organization. The key is to break down silos, build bridges between departments, and foster knowledge sharing. Through collaboration and the exchange of expertise, synergies can be created, allowing the company to unlock its full potential.
