How do you approach entrepreneurship?
To be honest, after studying business administration and economics, I still had no real idea how companies actually worked. Entering the startup world was like being thrown straight into deep water—and I had to swim fast.
Especially when you quickly take on leadership roles, there are moments of overwhelm—areas where you lack expertise, challenges that force you to adapt on the spot. But it’s incredible how fast we learn under pressure. We develop not only our skills but also grow personally.
What kind of leader do we become? What values do we prioritize as employers?
Now, as an artist, I only have to focus on treating myself fairly—but my years in the startup world have profoundly shaped me. I have evolved, found my path, and gained a deeper understanding of entrepreneurship and leadership.
And honestly? I think that’s a pretty strong foundation for tackling creative new concepts!
